New Patient Exams & Cleanings
At Creekside Family Dental, we utilize full exams & dental cleanings to assess & evaluate the dental health of all our new patients. After being examined by our team, you will be better informed about issues & problem areas that may need treatment in the future.
Typically, your first visit will begin with a simple treatment by an assistant, & we will ask you to fill out our questionnaire about your dental needs & desires. We will then conduct full mouth x-rays & take digital pictures so that we can better examine you as well as show you exactly what your mouth & teeth look like.
Our team will also screen for oral cancer, TMJ dysfunction & occlusion problems. We will also do a quick cavity check & examine the health of your gums. If you have time during your first appointment, we can even do a cleaning right after the exam. This whole process will take only two hours to complete, & we will then have a complete picture of your dental health, but don’t worry, it won’t always take so long to get in & out of the office!
If you haven’t seen a dentist in a long time, it is not a problem. Schedule an appointment with us & we will give you a full exam in order to identify any cavities or other issues you might have. Begin today, & call 817-473-9501, or use our convenient online form to set up your first appointment!
