I visited Creekside Family Dental as a new patient and had a wonderful experience. They were communicative leading up to my appointment allowing me to fill out all my forms ahead of time so when I got to the office, I just had to check in and then they were ready for me. Jennifer was my dental assistant and Maria was my hygienist and both were so friendly and professional. I’m grateful for the care I received and look forward to continuing my dental care at Creekside. Thank you all so much!

Maria was very gentle with my teeth

First time visit here and everybody was wonderful from the front desk to the Dr’s (they told me their names but I’m horrible at remembering). Everybody answered all and any questions I had. Before every procedure they thoroughly explained what they were going to do which made me feel at ease. I’ve had some bad experiences before at other practices but I can say with confidence Creekside is where I’m going to continue going for my dental needs. Added bonus I love the fish tank in the waiting room.

My experience was great. Very efficient in time for my first visit. My dental hygienist was super sweet and gave me tips to use for my daily regimen.

I’ve visited this dental clinic twice now. I’ve encountered exceptional customer service experience each time. The dental assistants and hygienist are caring and explain the steps they’re taking. Maria made me feel comfortable and safe while she cleaned my teeth.

The lady Jennifer took my X-rays and was very quick and thorough with her exam. My hygienist named Kelly was very very professional and kind and she took such good care of me. She constantly was checking to see if I needed anything during my cleaning to make me more comfortable! My husband and I absolutely love it here!

Dr. Sanders and his staff are excellent. They are very thorough and take their time with check-ups, cleaning and any other needs. I would highly recommend them.

Went for my first time for X-rays and cleaning had been going to another dentistry for a very long time unfortunately they started not using in network so I found this dental place the hygienist was amazing admit All my expectations thank you so much just great great appointment and cleaning very friendly staff and doctor. Friendly staff and convenient hours. Their recent expansion has made the experience even better. Jennifer is super friendly, Jaylen is fantastic with cleanings, and Kevin always seems upbeat and positive. It makes those early Saturday morning appointments tolerable 😊. Highly recommend!

We moved our family to this dentist office about 2 years ago and our experiences here have been amazing. The staff and doctors are all present to work with. Our hygienist Maria and Kevin are great, as well as our doctor Dr. A. I love that they have a broader schedule for appointments. You can schedule times between 7am-7pm and Saturdays! Very few dentist offices do that. Very helpful with tight work schedules. We have been very happy with this office and so glad we made the switch!

I had such a great experience at Creekside Dental in Mansfield! I’ve taken both of my daughters there, and I finally had my own appointment yesterday. Everyone has always been welcoming, kind, and easy to work with. My dental hygienist, Kelly, was fantastic and actually gave me a tip I had never heard before: use whitening toothpaste in the morning and an enamel-strengthening toothpaste at night. She explained how whitening products can be harder on enamel, so alternating them can help protect your teeth while still getting the whitening benefits. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain the “why” behind her recommendation instead of just rushing through the appointment. My dental assistant, Jennifer, was also absolutely lovely—friendly, personable, and made the whole experience comfortable. It’s always a good sign when you feel just as confident bringing your kids somewhere as you do going there yourself. I would definitely recommend Creekside Dental to other families in Mansfield!

Had a great experience at Creekside Family Dental!. Had a GREAT experience with Maria who did my cleaning, super gentle and very personable. Definitely recommend Creekside if you’re looking for a dentist!! They tell what they recommend but don’t add unnecessary pressure.

Jalen and Jenn were absolutely wonderful! Jalen was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout my appointment. I have pretty significant dental anxiety, and knowing they didn’t have nitrous oxide available had me feeling extra nervous. But honestly, with Jalen and Jenn on my team, I don’t think I’ll even need it! They made me feel comfortable, heard, and safe the entire time. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed me. Highly recommend them! 🦷💙

My husband, Grant Baucom, who has had a fear of dentists his whole life; came in for a cleaning and was at first unsettled but the great staff there made him feel comfortable. Thank you Rosanna, Kristal, Taylor and Dr. A for taking good care of him! He will be back for his next cleaning.
