COVID-19 Protocol – Mansfield TX

While we continue to heighten our sterilization efforts to protect our patients and staff, we have added the following protocols for coming to our office:

• At this time, all visitors, including patients and staff, are required to wear a mask while in the office. Patients will be allowed to remove the mask for treatment but only once they are in the treatment rooms.
• Before the appointment, all patients will be pre-screened with a COVID-19 survey to identify high-risk patients.
• All patients will have their temperature taken before entering our office.
• Any patients with COVID-19 symptoms or fever will be rescheduled.
• All patients receiving treatment will be asked to rinse and wash their hands upon entering the office.

Members of the Creekside Family Dental staff are also required to have their temperature taken twice a day and are not allowed to come to work if they have any COVID-19 symptoms.
